What's the print quality like?

They have the most consistent colour reproduction, wide range of media to print on, and the look and feel of the finished result is of the best possible quality. See Print Technology for full details.

What file types do you accept?

At present we can only accept PDF file types, if your software doesn't allow you to produce PDF files there are free online providers available.

What is bleed?

Bleed is the 'edge' of a piece of artwork that goes beyond the trim edges of the printed piece. It's important that backgrounds or images that touch the edge of the printed piece 'bleed' outside of the trim line to make sure that when it's trimmed after print there is no risk of a white 'edge' appearing on the finished piece. We advise a minimum of 1.5mm bleed on all artwork.

All files should be created and supplied in CMYK, and not in RGB colours. Files supplied in RGB will automatically be converted to CMYK and there may be a noticeable colour shift in the process. CMYK stands for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black - the inks our Indigo digital presses mix together to make colours on your printed job. RGB stands for Red, Green and Blue - the colours of light a computer screen mixes together to make colours on your screen.
